Are all Ruhani products original and authentic?

Yes! All products at The Ruhani are 100% original and sourced directly from Saudi Arabia. We do not deal in replicas or locally made alternatives.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

🇵🇰 COD is available only for orders within Pakistan.
For international customers (UK, KSA, UAE, Australia etc.), online payment is required at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • Pakistan: Orders are shipped same-day and usually delivered within 4–5 business days.
  • International: Orders ship within 1–2 days, and are delivered in 7–8 business days.
    In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 days due to Saudi-based sourcing.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Due to the spiritual nature of some items (e.g. Zamzam water, opened tasbeeh), not all products are returnable.
