1. Product Authenticity

  • All products sold under The Ruhani are 100% original and sourced directly from Saudi Arabia.
  • We do not deal in replicas or imitations.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our accuracy; however, slight variations may occur due to natural product variation or photography lighting.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Orders within Pakistan are shipped same-day and typically delivered within 4–5 business days.
  • International orders (UK, KSA, UAE, Australia, etc.) are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivered in 7–8 business days. However, due to Saudi-based sourcing, delivery can take up to 15 days in rare cases.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Pakistan. All international orders must be prepaid.

3. Return & Exchange

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the spiritual nature of certain items (e.g. Zamzam water, tasbeeh, prayer mats), not all products are returnable. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
  • Your card or account information is never stored on our servers.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and local bank transfers (where available).

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal data (name, address, contact) is collected only to fulfill your order and never shared with third parties.

6. Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product description
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.
