7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return/exchange
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Exchange Policy

  • If you've received the wrong item, we will promptly send the correct one at no additional cost
  • If your product arrived damaged, send us a photo/video and we’ll arrange a replacement

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred nature of some products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Zam Zam water
  • Opened prayer mats
  • Used tasbeehs or zikr counters
  • Gift hampers (if unsealed)

This ensures the spiritual and hygienic integrity of our items for every customer.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
